Hello I am 34 and I too had to have 2 laproscopic surgeries to have each of my boys.  I also have endo.   anyway, I noticed a drastic difference in the first and second surgeries, due to the pains you are talking about.  Check this out.  I was 24 and had to children when I had the first surgery So i was young and energetic and got up and around the very day i had the operation..   and I had NO pains in my chest or stomache.
Now on the 2nd surgery,  I had a four year old and I was a little bit older,  I laid in bed and did not get uip very much for a few days,  I had Severe sharp shooting pains in my shoulder on my back, in my chest everywhere.  My doctor told me they were gas pains from when they cut you open.  I promise if you walk around and move about it will break up and go away.  Hope your feeling better.
