Thank you for your answer to my post!
My gyno said that during laparotomy the doctors would have more clarity so they can work more carefully and see more clear what is happening and save the ovary completely. That's why he suggested this king of procedure, but he said he will consult other colleagues, so nothing is definitively yet. It's not an emergency, but the sooner the better, because I have problems with my ovary and I want to get pregnant. I had bad experience 8 ago because I had chocolate cysts, endometriosis and tumor on my right ovary and it couldn't be saved and also there was internal bleeding, so it was a matter of life and death, and the laparoscopy lasted 6 hours, and they said to me that in the worst case it will last one and a half hour... So, another surgery and longer and worse healing process is too much for me, but if that is the solution I will take it, but I will ask for second opinion for sure before I decide anything.
Thank you again and sorry if I wrote too much, but I wanted to explain. :-)
All the best and have a nice day!
I would suggest you get a second opinion. He might not be skilled enough to do it. Just my opinion
