Long but going to dr tomorrow :(

This is the info I will present him with. Any ideas?

Right sided pain, palpable tenderness above pelvis and right hip bone into my actual side. Pain was worse with climbing stairs, coughing or sneezing stretching or lying or standing straight. ( that has now eased up unless Im trying to clean house or lifting, was a constant for over three days) Now pain seems to be on right and left side low at times if im on my feet alot, to be worse when I eat or drink  ( I wasn't not hardly eating the 3 days I was in pain i had no desire) I've been living on basically mashed potatoes and biscuits and peanut butter and after I eat the pain is up higher and some in the middle But under right ribs. Bp was 109/ 78 when admitted. I'm a normal 120/ 80

When I left the hospital bp was changing from 95/55 to 100/66 if they tilted me with head down. They treated me with morphine which I told them didn't work cause I knew after my c section but bp wouldn't stay up so they couldn't give more meds

Gave a script of ultram to take home.  It doesn't work. Been using ibu which hasn't really made a difference but is better than taking pain pills that don't work in my opinion.
I've tried to sleep and rest as much as possible since this started.
I do think I may have a sinus infection also due to eyes being matted when waking up, swollen glands and sore throat in the mornings plus a puffy right eye. Taking an antibiotic eye drop.

Since the CT showed the distended bladder mainly on the right with the blockage unknown I have been trying to urinate as much as possible even when I don't feel the need.

The ER visit also showed a 1.1 cyst on my right ovary and several follicles on my left. No ovary torque that could be causing the pain

Urine clear, kidney fiction good result of a in and out cath.

Past History:

34 years old will be 35 in August

I've noticed some gas pains since the ct oral contast. My normal bowel movements may only be a couple times a week. And I'm on metformin and lo estrin 1.5/3.0 for my PCOS
I had almost constant bleading until we found the right birth control to help with the PCOS about 3 years ago ( the blood work confirmed it was for sure PCOS)

Fibrocystic breast tissue mammograms yearly

Abnormal pap last year. Mild dysplasya. Copo was ok. Follow up pap neg.

Battled infertility for 7 years lost 2 in the process and had 2 d and Cs
This was before being dx with PCOS
All were clomid pregnancies.  My twins are now 7

I'm B12 deficient for at least 2 years now ( since we found it) and I take injections to help control it.

Pain with intercourse for about the past 5 years

Migraines for at least 10 years really bad over the past 3 started Topamax over a year ago which seems to be the only med that helps. EEG showed normal.
I have had hair loss and since thyroid panel is good I have figured it may be due to the Topamax.

Testosterone low

14 years ago during a lap lasher noticed my kidney bladder and bowel connected together with adhesions. Dr. Grogan came in to do the surgery to separate the organs. The ER dr thinks it could be a possibility the endo or adhesions are coming back and that is why I needed to check with you.

Low back pain and SIJ pain as well as a tingling and pins and needles in hands and feet. Usually on the right side.
Most of this I have written off over the years just due to my job as SIJ disorder or nerve impingement. (LMT who works for a DR) but thought I would include in case it could be important)

I'm usually a solid 120/80 BP

Today Sunday 7/30
97/58 in the left arm ( arm they tested in hospital)
Pulse 74

7/1 at work
Left arm 99/69 pulse 75

Have u tryed a uyrlogist? Mine is good and side I have IC. Look it up. Also have you've ever been checked for clots. I too suffer from what you say plus some. I dont show what THEY call norm symtoms. so I'd ask anyway. Some of my clots went back 12yrs, from my c-section. Didnt all show up on ultrasound. But the DVTs they put me in did. that was last year. So look into both of those but likely hood is its IC pain. Its a bladder conditon that makes pain like kidney stones and UIT, but its not and shows neg. Need stronger stuff to treat it and a dr visit to uryloigst so the and treat it with speacial meds in office. Hope this helps and excuse spelling.

Thyroid panel is good.
SIJ and all of that I have not had checked because I'm hard headed and its been manageable. I am a massage therapist and physical therapy tech and I work for a wonderful dr and treat these conditions everyday and feel like I should be able to treat myself as well. ( did I mention I'm hard headed lol) I will talk with my dr tomorrow about ALL of this tomorrow tho because this is crazy!!!
Thanks for your reply!!! :)

Sounds like a good possibility it could be endometriosis however it could also be scar tissue from your csection.

Have you ever had the complete thyroid panel testing done by and endrincrologist before? That is something I would look into as well

I was recently told that my SI joint is stuck most likely from pelvic surgery, adhesions that pulled my pelvis sideways. You might want to look ink that as well. I get all the numbness pain and tingling on the opposite side that is stuck.

Not sure when you see this hopeful it helps some
