Lupron and Aygestion

Hi, was diagnosed about a year ago.  I was on Lupron until April 09, then remained on Aygestion until July 09.  I also had my second surgery July 09 that involved the removal of endo implants, separation of my uterus and bowels...and on an on.  I've not started my period yet and am wondering if anyone knows how long until I do, or if I should worry about it.  I've been cramping for the past 6 days, but not producing even brownish discharge.  I am also concerned I may be pregnant, but don't see how that could be possible with all the hormonal craziness my body has been through this past year.  Anyone know anything?  When should I get my cycle?  Should I contact my doc?  Is it even possible I could be pregnant?
