Mirena Coil
Hi there,
I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. I had a laparoscopy in February this year and a mirena coil inserted to help with the heavy bleeding and pelvic pain. Since the surgery my bleeding has gotten a lot lighter, but my pelvic pain is still really bad. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light into why this may be?

Any help would be appreciated
Thank you :)

I am not sure the exact reason as to why you have the pain still but I have heard from many women with Endo that are using the Mirena that they also have pain after and end up taking it out.

It could be from the Adeno or Endo.

Did you have the Endo excised or lasered?
