My lump

I have had a lump in my lower pelvic region since August of last year.  it is on my right side and there is no pain involved.  If I lay on my stomach It feels like am laying on a rolled up sock.  Not painful just  uncomfortable.  It has gotten bigger. It is most noticeable during the week before my period.  I am 42 years old.  what do you think it  could be?

I would definitely be getting an Ultrasound done just to rule out any complications.

It could be anything and with the few symptoms that you describe we'd only be  guessing here.
You need to follow up with your Family MD and find out what the lump is...esp since it's been there 9 months.
