Ovary pain

I woke up this morning w/my ovary hurting...the same one w/the endometrioma. I went downstairs and could barely walk. I started sweating and was in so much pain I could barely move. I also felt nauseous. I sat there until the pain subsided, but it was horrible. Almost went to the ER, but it finally went away. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? It was horrible!

I get that kind of pain a lot, but have never been told I have any endometriomas!! I always get it worse on my left side too. But they are still trying to figure out whats going on!

Yea, it sucks. Does your pain ever feel like it's stabbing from your ovary to your bowel area? I get that one a lot!!!

Yes, my bowels were def acting up that day. I haven't had the pain since, thank goodness! But I can't imagine if it came back!

I get pain like that a lot.  They know that my ovary is filled with endo.  It hurts.  Also i get cysts on my ovaries often and they hurt especially when the rupture.  It can hurt for a while sometimes and it is excruciating pain.  It sounds like what happened to you is what happens to me when my cysts rupture.  I know it is painful but not dangerous unless you get an infection now or it bleeds but that is rare.  I have had several cysts rupture with only one time having to have surgery from bleeding.  I am sorry you had the pain.

I am a 27 y/o woman. Who got told by her doctor that I have a sist on my right ovary. I am in pain it feels like someone is stabbing you with a butcher knife. And I got a bleedy discharge with a lil of a vinger smell to it. I hope I don't have something too serious. I got twins to live for. And cancer runs in my family. I have a question did/does anyone understand/know what I am going through?  And What do I do now? please reply to me at my email ***@**** just put in the subject OVARIES and Ill read it. I am in so much PAIN I cant get up it is worse in my left but have some in my right side to. It has been this way for about 4 or 5 days does it go away? I had an ablasion 2 yrs ago so I know it does'nt have anything to do with my period. If it is nothing should the pain be going away soon?

I'm 17 coming on 18 and I woke up today with a sever stabbing pain in my right side near my ovary , it is so painful I was lying down all day and I really don't know what it is ? Help me please xxx

Are you ovulating? I found that when I ovulated that felt so bad the pain hurt so much.
