Ovulation after laproscopy

I had a laparoscopy 3 weeks ago to remove large cysts in the right ovary and endometriosis in/on the left ovary. My recovery was smooth (had no pain at all during my 2nd week). Then I ovulated  (day 15) and I regressed. I felt severe twisting, pinching pain one night and have been sore ever since. Each day getting better. Has anyone had similar issues? I had never felt the endometriosis in the past (it was a surprise that popped up) either so I don't really know if it is that starting up as well.

After your surgery did they tell you to go on Lupron or continuous BCP?

If you are not on one of those the pain will come back because Endo doesnt go away.

I have been on the pill for over 4 yrs and get breakthrough bleeding 3 times a year. I get no period and I dont ovulate which means I dont get pain.

The odd time I will but nothing like I did before.
