Physiotherapy and Massotherpy for Endo?

Physiotherapy and Massotherpy for Endo?

Has anyone tried pelvic physiotherapy or massage therapy (massotherapy) or other non-conventional treatments for endo? I'm awaiting surgery in 6 months, and in the meantime would like to do everything I can.

There's not too much info about this, but apperently there is physiotherapy specialized for the pelvic floor muscles. Its mostly used for bladder or painful sex problems, but can also be helpful in any pelvic pain managment. I'm thinking strengthening my pelvic muscles might help with pain or at least in faster recovery from surgery? Anyone have any advice? How about pelvic excerices like kegels or pelvic yoga???

And what about massotherapy? Could that help as well? At least with anxiety over surgery?

Anyone try accupunture? This i'm more skeptical about, but might try it anyway.

Any other non-conventional therapy for endo?
