Pregnancy & Cramping

I have endometriosis, and about 10 years ago I had the surgery where they cleaned up all the fibroids.  My only symptoms of the endo are extreme lower back pain and cramps when I ovulate.  Ten days ago I had a frozen embryo transfer, and am on my two week wait until my blood pregnancy test.  (3 sleeps left) The last two nights asleep, I have been awakened by the same kind of ovulation pains & cramps.  I am certain that there is no way I could be ovulating right now, and am wondering if maybe it might be my endometriosis that is acting up because of the estrogen and prometrium I am taking.  Any ideas?

Not silly at all!  There's so many acronyms on this site.... SSBD is "Super Sticky Baby Dust"

Thanks for your reply! It's reassuring for sure... :)

Feel silly asking, but what does SSBD mean? lol

I am not sure about your case specifically, but last time I took prometrium, my ovaries were throbbing so bad I could not walk.  My doctors have long suspected Endometriosis but have yet to diagnose it, but I definitely think that it was Endo.  It is completely connected to your hormone levels and it is likely becoming painful because of the medication.  Hang in there!

SSBD!
