TTC With Endometriosis

Hello, my name is lacie i was diagnosed with endo when i was 14 ive had one surgery and i was on depo for two years. Thats a little background history on my endo. me and my husband have been TTC since april. I was put on the lupron shot in jan. I was suppose to get another shot in march but i couldnt stand the hot flashes and plus me and my husband decided we wanted a child well i decided to wait until april to start tryin think my period would come. So we did and it is now around the middle kind of close to the end of july and no period or baby i went to my gyno And he put me on a pill to start my period Its called prometrium 200 mg they are the oral pills he told me to take two a day vaginally before bedtime for five days, he said the sapositories (exscuse my spelling) are more messy. Well ive been takin these pills for two days now and nothing has happend. Is it safe to still have sex while takin these n when should my period come if anyone has any advice it would be highly appreciated ty (:
