Hi,
Total hysterectomy means removal of whole of the uterus along with the cervix. Cystocele repair is done when there is prolapse of the bladder along with the prolapsed uterus. Posterior repair is done for the prolapse of the rectum along with the uterus. Discuss with your Doctor.
