Upper abdominal pain with endometriosis

Hello. I have had a laparoscopy about 10 years ago. They removed an ovarian cyst that had ruptured. I got on the pill and it was way better and didn't last as long. But my first day was always horrendous. Could barely walk and almost always had diarrhea. I dealt with it. I have recently stopped the pills to try and conceive. It's been over a year and it's not happening. That's not the huge issue here...yet. Now that I'm off the pill the periods are worse. The pain lasts longer and it's really a week until I start feeling back to normal. Problem is, I don't think it's the actual cramps, the pain is upper abdomen and almost feels like bloat. I take anti-gas/bloat but doesn't seem to help. What else could that pain be? It's almost like my abdomen is jello and anytime I make it jiggle (when I walk)  it hurts. Seriously. Is this weird? Is it just me? I don't see my gyno again for a few months. She suggested the anti-gas. Thanks in advance.

Well if they removed an ovarian Cyst do you know if it was an Endometrioma (Blood filled cyst)? This matters. It is possible that all the Endometriosis was not removed and with you being on the pill as long as you were you have suppressed the pain and now that you are off it is coming back with vengeance. There is no cure for Endo but you can get effective treatment by going to an Endo Specialist and getting excision surgery which will cut out the disease unlike laser which is used by most OBGYN's and only get the surface. I can help you find one please just let me know where you are.

Common symptoms for Endo are painful periods, bloating, gas pain, pain from Adhesions  etc.

I would ask for your surgery report when they removed that cyst. That is very important information and please keep all your reports moving forward.
