The closest one to you is this surgeon and I have heard many great things about him. If you don't have money some people raise money doing bake sales, garage sales and even online donations like gofundme.com. You want your first surgery to count so please really think about this.

I guess I'm still in the diagnostic stage, but it is taking forever and the pain is still persisting regardless of medication. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do to get rid of some of the pain while I wait. I'm sorry if I'm coming off as rude but I am so fed up with all of this.
I haven't had any surgeries. My current gyno, the only one I've seen that has even talked about endo wants me to try meds first. Her name is Shonna McKinney in Tulsa, OK. I can't afford to travel for a doctor.
Okay first things first. The surgeon who did your first surgery was he/she and Endo specialist? What is the name of the current surgeon and what country/city/state?
Medications work for some people and it takes time to find the right one that will work for you. There are many out there but I can't tolerate any of them they make me worse esp Tramadol it made me feel hungover. What I can suggest is you taking gravol/anti nausea meds with them to see if that helps. You can also use raw slices of ginger in hot water and let it sit for a bit and drink it. I find hot bathes help as well as my heating pad.
Some of the changes to your diet may help lessen the pain but it won't get rid of any endo or scar tissue that is still inside. This is the link to one of my articles I wrote about diets I have tried for this. http://www.hormonesmatter.com/personal-review-of-endometriosis-diets/
I should also say that I have tried vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free but the ones that work for me the best are mix and match such as paleo mixed with Vegan and gluten/dairy free. I would say that I do this 80% of the time sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't. I have found Juicing to be very helpful when I have bowel pain.
As for Exercises the best I can say is Yoga, Yamuna body rolling and clear passage Therapy which is expensive/painful but good. Here is another link to my other article I wrote about adhesions and therapy if interested http://www.hormonesmatter.com/endometriosis-and-adhesions/
The key for you is to have a surgery done by an Endo specialist who knows how to operate on bowels and bladder even if that means having surgeons on hand. Most of the time gynos will say they have experience and to them that means they have operated on many cases yet some of those surgeons still laser the Endo and don't remove off other organs like the bowels, ureters, bladder, kidney's and diaphragm. That is why I am asking who you are seeing so I can help to make sure he has the knowledge as there are only handful of surgeons worldwide that actually are specialists that can excise endo for 179 million women.
Let me know and I can see if I can help more :) hugs
