Zoladex and menstrual bleading

Hi. I am on Zoladex treatment for treating endometriosis. I had 4 injections till now and i should have 2 more. But I have a problem! I have light menstrual bleading for three days now and I have all the menstrual simptoms! I am worried and upset. What does this mean?! Because Zoladex are injections that cause early minopause and there shouldn't be any bleading, as long as I know... Have anyone had this kind of problem and what should I do? I don't want to call my doctor for every little thing and I want to know if this is serious, so I can call my doctor and talk to him. If someone knows something about this, please write! Thanks
