bleeding heavy for teenager

my daughter was misdiagnosed as a baby with von willebrandts disease now ten years later she doesnt have this she has always had bad nosebleeds  now that she is teen and is n her period she has them 2 days after period except this month shes had 3 periods no nosebleeds spent time n jan in chidlrens hospital with low hemaglobins possible blood transfusion. really concerned she has had more periods this month than eve and and stabbinging type pain in vagina  3 pads per hrplease  any suggestions cant be seen untill may

If her nosebleeds are cyclic it could be possible although extremely rare to have endo in other places of the body.

Has she had an ultrasound done to see if there are any cysts? Does she have pain with the periods and is the vaginal pain cyclic or all month long at random times?
