i am in your same boat! i had mild endo removed april 09 and have been trying this whole time like a madwoman. NOTHING. i mean i had clear tubes and the endo was stage 1 or 2 and it was on my colon and appendix even tho that stinks, it was good to know i had good tubes. i can't figure it out either, i thought we would be gettin a BFP by now. i hope that it happens for you all and i will pray it does. i am just glad i am not alone!!
take care!

ps: i am torturing myself watching some twins show on discovery health and i saw that eating yams increases your chances of twins because it has something in it similar to the hormone that causes twins? i hate yams....but i am willing to do anything at this point. bahahha!

I had surgeyr for endo in March 2009. And for 6 months I have been TTC. It's stressful and I got my hopes up when I was 4 days late.  I don't know what else to try. Maybe to stop trying!? I was sad and discouraged when I found out I had endo, my tubes aren't blocked and ovaries are fine, I just want to know why I haven't conceived yet. I know it can take up to 12 months.  Its been 6 so far...I just wish It would happen already!

My doctor told me that your chances of getting pregnant are high in the 6-12 month period after surgery, "so get busy" she said. as we age the chances are lower and the endo continues to grow. I think I may be pregnant but I am worried it is ectopic since most women with endo are at risk for it. I just had my surgery October 26th,2009. Good luck and like my doctor said "get busy". Baby dust to you!!

Yes it's possible to get pregnant when you have endometriosis. But it's good to be trying while your'e still young, in case it progresses as you age. Even then though, it's a possibility depending on where the endometriosis "lesions" are. If there's not a lot blocking the fallopian tubes, then it's more likely you'll get pregnant. I have endometriosis in different areas, I didn't really have pain with it, maybe some discomfort, and still I think there is some discomfort in the areas where it wasn't removed surgically. I had both my kids by age 22 and it wasn't till after that I was dx'd with it.
When I had surgery it couldn't all be removed because some of it was in spots they either couldn't get to, or it was too dangerous to remove, like on my bladder and colon.
Anyway, YES you could still get pregnant. But...
I will tell you something, if you are all stressed out about it, it can be harder to get pregnant. Just from the stress. My brother and sister in law tried for 10 years to get pregnant, my brother even had a procedure done to increase the sperm count. Still didn't work. Finally they gave up and decided they were going to adopt. Guess what? Once they stopped worrying about getting pregnant and relaxed and focused on other things... She got pregnant. My nephew is now 8 months old, happy and healthy :)
Both of my pregnancies happened when I wasn't "trying" for it.
Good luck, relax and have fun :)
