If you still have both ovaries, or even one or sometimes, a piece of one, you can get pregnant. Whether or not it will be fast and easy is an individual thing. The mild endo could affect your fertility. Was it recommended that you go on the pill to supress the effects? I have endo and did not find out until I was 42. I got pregnant at 29 with no problems, but I also took BC pills in my 20s which probably kept the severity down. Check with your doctor and be clearClear by design Clear eyes Clear eyes acr Clear eyes clr Clear-atadine Clear-atadine children's that preserving your fertility is a concern.
I really dont know much about this either but am anxious to hear what you learn since i am in somewhat of a similar situation. My doctor told me that it does mess with your fertility but does not make it impossible, Best of luck to you
As for the 4th incision, I have heard of that. Perhaps the doctor needed a better angle or view. Still waaaay better than a full incision.
I wish you well,
