endo after hysterectomy/lupron

Hey Ya'll. I'm 27 years old. A mother of 2. I have had 1 lap and 3 laparotomys,Hysto( with ovary removal). and all having to due with Endo. One surgery every year. Since 2002 ( 2 other surgeries being csections.)
My question is this. I had stage 4 endo. I did 6 months of lupron. Which did nothing but make me very sick. Caused me to lose my hair and made me so tired I couldnt get out of bed.I ended up losing my job bc of the amount of sick days that I had to use, and this was even after being on FMLA. They wouldnt extend it. anyways....
Now almost 2 years later after my hysterectomy. Ive been having alot of cramping. Mainly on the lower right side. Sometimes my right side but my lower back, and sometimes spotting. Is it possible for their still to be endo? After them taking everything out, and doing the lurpon, and I'm not taking any hormones.
I have asked my NP about this and all she said was the pain was bc I DONT have ovaries. I'm sorry but that just didnt make sense to me. Am I not understanding something?? She perscribed me a z pack for the pain? Oh and when she did the internal exam.... It was all I could do to stay on the table. I was in so much pain during the exam. I was crying and I got really hot and started seeing blue dots. This has never happened before. I'm not sexually active so i dont have pain with intercourse. Any advice opinions anything would be a great help. I thought after the hysterectomy that everything would be some what back to normal. Now im finding out..I was way wrong.

your pain could be due to scar tissue from all of the surgery's but If I were you I would do more research on the lupron shots. My doctor tried to put me on the lupron depot shots and after reading side effects on a forum like this one I decided not to take them.
