endometrial polyp

I checked my uterus by ultra sound. It contained endometrial polyp situated high in the cavity.
Checked by 3D/CD image, it shows anterior feeding vessel.
The polyp measured 17mmx12mm in diameter.
No fibroid.
The cervix is normal.
No endocevical polyp.
Both ovaries are normal.
No cyst. No free fluid in cul-de-sac.
The doctor recommended me to remove the polyp and use mirana by surgery.
NOTE: I had this polyp two years ago, and I removed it but woithout using mirana, and it appeared again.
What is the solution for this problem? What is your oppinion?

I have read up on this a bit but I personally have no experience but can give you some information that i have read.

There really is no solution to this problem except removing them again and again or removing your uterus.

Do you have endometriosis?
