endometriosis diet - how strict should it be?

Hello,
Ten months ago I have started to take the endometriosis diet. My diet is very strict, I do not use red meat, white meat with hormones, dairy, sugar, wheat, honey, white rice etc.
Ultimately I have noticed that I have a lack of energy, my blood analysis shows the symptoms of the anemia. I would like to know if the woman should take the endometriosis diet extremely strictly, or sometimes it is acceptable to eat some "prohibited" products, for example to eat a peace of beef once a week. How fast does the endometriosis react? Is it possible to make harm with couple peaces of beef in a month?
Thank You very much.

I too had taken on the endo. diet, and felt like it wasn't helping me much.  I spoke with my aunt who is a doctor/surgeon and she said that dietary modifications are not proven to affect endo.  she said that it is not really a good idea to omit healthy parts of a balanced diet to try and help endo.  she said that the only food that will actually affect endo. is soy because it can cause an increase in estrogen.

Thanks for Your answer.
It's exactly what I have thought - that it should be possible to stay healthy if you have a balanced diet and avoiding healthy parts could cause the harm. It is not healthy to eat meat every day perhaps. But a reasonalbe portion 1-2 times a week should not be a tradegy.
I just can mention that during 10 months of the diet I have noticed that my menstruation was "smaller", shorter and nearly painless. With the help of this strict diet I managed to get rid off candida (any medical treatment could help me).
I guess I would follow this diet if I wouldn't feel so weak and my blood tests wouldn't indicate the lack of iron.
