feel like my uterus is going to fall out.

I had a lap done a week ago and have tried to move around and stuff, but today I went for a walk and then helped take care of babies and was lifting them and now I have terrible cramps and feel like my insides are going o fall out. Is that normal?

You may be doing to much to soon. Pull back, relax a bit and see what happens. If it continues call your GYN.
