how long does lupron stay in system , when using clomid after the last shot.

ok i have just finished 6mths of lupron 3.75.last shot on may 1st,2009 and my ob/gyn dr told me to start clomid on june 1st. now the question is, when can i start trying to concieve at this point... i know that the week after taking clomid is the expected time to try, but knowing that i havent had a period yet, is that possible. or when is it gonna be possible? after my first period maybe? im confused.please help

Hi I'm wondering the same thing!! But my doc told me to start trying after I get two periods after my last Lupron shot. And she gave me Prometrium to get my period back quicker because it didn't come back on its own. My thing is that I don't want to wait any longer I want to try now!! :)

What is prometrium? My period hasn't come back either after 6 months of Lupron.  My doc put me on Aygestin for 10 days and it was supposed to come after 2 weeks.  Tomorrow marks the 2 week mark and still no period....

I think you have to wait till you get one period, that way you know that you will ovulate.
