inflammed lymphnodes durring ovulation

I have a inflammed lymphnodes that shows and grows durring ovulation then is gone once I start my cycle.  I already had a surgery last year because the doctors thought it was a hernia even though I told them I don't think it is it.  so a year latter I still have the samething going on and it is painful!  has anyone had success with tis getting diagnosed?  HELP!
