is my endometriosis back ??

is my endometriosis back ??

Hi there,

I've been diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 19 with a laparoscopic surgery, at the time they removed the lesions that were minimal with laser . At the time I was under contraceptive pill and my only symptom ( so far that I remember ) was pain during sex. I am now 27, I live oversea I stopped the contraceptive pill few years ago as I didn't support the side effects and I have been feeling really tough PMS for about a year now. my symptoms last for app 2 weeks per months where I feel terrible pelvic and lower back pain, headache, breast tenderness, water retention, mood swing, depression, fatigue, sometimes acne, insomnia. My cycle is irregular, my period is sometimes unbearable ( I still remember the most painful period I had from about a year ago... ) and sometimes it's ok... but most of the time it doesn't last longer than 3 days with heavy bleeding the first 2 days only. so far thanks for that I don't have pain during intercouse tough.
My concern is that being away from the fabulous Gynae that diagnosed my endometriosis 8 years ago ( in france ), I 've been seing a couple of gynae in singapore where I currently live but they don't seem to take me seriousely as I am not trying to conceive ( it seems that they would probably be more concern if I was trying to get pregnant...) well the one I have seen today tried to see my endometriosis by scan ??!, and i am waiting for the result of the blood test.... the consultaion last less than 15 minutes and cost me 375 sgd, gynae here seem to be more concern to make their million than listening to their ( not pregnant ) patient pain.
I think we would like to conceive in app 2-3 years from now but I don't want to wait this time to make sure that I am allright and just unlucky to have this terrible PMS or worst case scenario an endometriosis that has not been treated in time and having then trouble to get pregnant... Ideally as much as I hated the lap surgery I would like to find a doctor that listen to me ( not just prescribe me the pill...) and go for another lap which would clarify my endo situation maybe relieve my chronic pains and give us few years to think of having a child.
Does anyone had the same kind of experience, anyone had really painfull Pms as endo symptoms ?  anyone can recommend a good endo specialist in singapore ? also what are really the chance for me to have the endo back after 8 years ? any help/ comment  would be really appreciated...
Thanks
J x

Okay so first I would contact the below
Endometriosis Association (Singapore)
c/o Mount Alvernia Hospital
820 Thomson Road
SINGAPORE 574623
t: +65 63476640 (office hours only )

I would see what they could do or who they would recommend.

As for not wanting to be on the pill i really think that is your best option as I have been on it for 5 yrs with no pain and I had stage Iv endo.

If you want to wait to conceive its best to try this method or you will live in pain until them and it will grow and grow and grow and I cant predict what the outcome might be
