need help

Hi,I don't know where to post this. Close to 2 weeks ago I passed white mucous(looked like a mucous plug)in the toilet and have been spotting brown discharge. I've also been spotting on and off and my last cycle was the 16th of last month. Well, this last monday I started getting horrible pain on my lower right side and radiates to my back(it's been like that everyday since then). It gets to the point where I feel really sick to my stomach. This last wed. I had a ct scan done because they thought it was my appendix, but the ct scan was normal. This pain is soo bad I can't stand it anymore. Well,I went to the doctor yesterday for a follow up and so she can tell me the full results. They couldn't find anything wrong,so she told me to see a gynocologist. I made an appointment and it's not until this coming wed. Well, yesterday I thought I was starting my cycle because I started to bleed(only when I wiped and some on my pad..sorry,tmi)..now today theres nothing, but am still in pain. Does anyone know what this could be? And could endometriosis be seen on a ct scan? Any info will be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

I just wanted to update with the ultrasound results. They found a normal cyst on my let ovary,a polyp in my uterus and some free fluid. Anyone know about polyps?

Hi,I went and saw the gynecologist last week, and tomorrow I have a pelvic ultrasound. He either thinks I have fibroids or endometriosis. He also said that I have a tilted uterus and ct scans may not show anything if it's behind my uterus, and it could be causing the pressure on my bladder. I will keep an update on what the ultrasound show's(if anything).

I also wanted to say that the last time I saw the gynecologist(almost 2 years ago),he said that my bladder wall or lining was thin. When he did the pelvic exam, there was some fluid that came out. He was more concerned about my bladder then the pain I was having. I was dumb and didn't go back to see him if I was still having the problem(which I am). I will also bring it up to him tomorrow. Does anyone know what it means when your bladder wall or lining is thin? I get horrible pressure on my bladder and it's annoying. And sometimes I can't make it to the bathroom(sorry, tmi there). My mom had to have bladder surgery because she had the same problem.

Thank you so much for responding. I have an appointment with a gynecologist on wednesday of this week. I hope he can figure it out. My cycles have been irregular and painful. I had one on Jan.16th,and had alot of spotting inbetween. Well,I was bleeding on thursday and thought it was here, then friday nothing, and then on saturday I started and it was alot. Now today is sunday and nothing. I don't know when I start, they're all over the place(sometimes I have it 2 weeks early). They can last from 1-7 days,so weird. I will post when I find out something. Thank you again for responding!!

I do know that a ct scan will show if your overies are swollen.. i was just in the hospital for 8 days with the most pain i ever had in my life. I ended up having endometriosis, and a infection that went everywhere and damaged alot of important things. they have to do a laporscopy to see for the endo. Also I had a absesed cyst which is very painful. Go to the doctors!
