pain passing stools

Hi there, I've been having pain around my pelvic area for 10 months now. The pain occurs a week before my period is due and through out my period but eases towards the end. The pain is when I'm trying to pass stools and sometimes urine. The pain is a tearing stretching pain and this makes it impossible to pass stools. I've had my bowels checked (i tried to explain it wasnt a stomache pain and stools are normal) which are remarkable (Dr words) so irritable bowel ruled out and no allergys. A nurse mentioned endemetrosis to me and so I'm now googling and asking for help . My other symtoms are pains down my legs, sharp sudden pain where ovaries are, heavy painful period for a few days then normal flow and Bad headaches. Thankyou for reading :-)

I have seen a gynecologist and he suspects what you have also suggested it could be... I have now been put on the waiting list for a laparoscopy so I will finally get some sort of answer from this investigation. I live on the Isle of wight and our hospital has a bad name so that would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou for your help and advice you have really made a difference.

It sounds similar to what I went through and I had rectovaginal Endometriosis.

Here is my story about it, let me know if it sounds like what you are going through. http://www.hormonesmatter.com/my-battle-endometriosis-migraines/

Also endometriosis doesn't show up on an ultrasound unless you have Endometriomas that is why it took 14 yrs for me to be diagnosed. I had it deep and everywhere.

If you let me know where you live I can find you an endo surgeon in your area. That is your best way to go if you want answers.

This is my blog as well. You can read through it and if you have any questions please feel free to ask me.
