So after 20 yrs of pain I realiEd these foods caused the pain ans stopped eating them.
If I stay away from them I have ZERO pain 100% of the time.
If I eat any of these trigger foods within minutes I cam feel the pain trying to fire.
Eating green veggies, fish? Chicken, organic when able foods life is heaven without pain.
Try this and see if it works for you.

Ok this worked for me and nothing else EVER did.
Seems red meat, cheese, pop corn n corn, eggs, breads, rice, pizza, garlic, onions, pine nuts, all brought on the pain. It's seems something in these foods trigger the horrible pain that Dr's couldn't stop even in the Emergency room on high powers pain meds

I am sorry you are in so much pain. My sister found that an ice pack with Advil and Tylenol work so much better than heat, because endometriosis causes inflammation and ice helps bring down the inflammation.

I hope this helps,

achilles2

PS Her endo is bad she has had three surgeries in less than 5 yrs and she needs another.

I have the same problems too.  I can not seem to find any OTC drugs that help with the pain.  I would suggest talking to your doctor about the pain and see if they have any suggestions for you.  That is what I am doing after my u/s next Friday.  They might be able to give you some sort of prescription or even physical therapy that will help.  I hope things get better hun.  If you find anything that works let me know.  =)
