Glad you are ok! I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago...but I think mine was actually endo on the bowel...

You might want to check out the IBS group in this forum...since until you are through your pregnancy they won't be able to diagnose endometriosis or not...they might be of more help...but of course if you do have endo...we are here for you! ;)

Have you called your Dr.? I think that is where I would start...being pregnant I would not risk waiting on answers in a forum...Please call your dr. and in the meantime you might want to post your question in one of the pregnancy forums rather then the endometriosis forum...but I would definitely be seeking help if I were having pain while pregnant...I would not want to risk miscarriage...since you are pregnant and have not been diagnosed with endometriosis which can cause birth contraction pains...I would worry that it might be contractions...not something to mess with...Call your Doctor ASAP!

it can be both...I had more severe pain with my cycle but as my disease progressed I had pain every day...some women have endo and no pain as well, so there are no hard rules in how the disease progresses or behaves...the only critically important thing to do is see an endometriosis specialist to have the disease excised (cut out)...Have you been diagnosed with endo?
