pelvic and lower back pain

hi i hope someone can help i've been having deep pelvic pain during sex or sharp movements on my left side also with chronic lower back pain.  had pelvic and abdo ultrasound and everything was fine. then had and internal and doctor said 90% sure its endometriosis but would need laporiscopy for 100% confirmation.  now pain is also in the left flank and i have a swollen tender gland in my neck and near my collar bone and stich like pain on the left side of my diaphram not sure if all these are conected but would like to know.  if you could help that would be great

Hello, it sucks you have to go through this. The only way for 100% diagnosis of endo is a laparoscopy. The pain can travel... but not sure about the gland in your neck. As for the diaphram it can go there. On my 2nd lap (have had 4) I had 3 spots on my diaphram but there's not much they can do about that as it's a MAJOR respiratory muscle. I'm not saying you have it there for sure, but it's a possibility.  I hope things turn out well and keep us posted :)
