You really need to find a doctor and explain to them your pain. I am 20 years old, and had four different doctors tell me I was too young. When I finally got to my final doctor, they did my laporoscapy and discovered I have severe endometriosis and one of my fallopian tubes are scarred closed. If you want to have children now, then the only thing they can do for pain is pain medications. Usually they will put you on a horomone to ease the pain (usually a type of birth control or something similar) but is only helpful if you aren't trying to conceive. I unfortunately am trying to conceive while I still can, but I have a fertility doctor helping me out with that!
Find a good doctor! Good luck!

I'm sorry to say that you are never too young to have endometriosis. Don't give up trying to find a doctor who will listen to you & take to time to find out what is wrong or hopefully right for that matter. Good Luck!

I just had a miscarriage on Sat and it took forever to find out I was pregnant. When I did a blood test, the hormone was so low that they told me it couldn't have been a normal pregnancy no matter what. I believe that is why it took so long to find out I was pregnant to begin with. I also have been told I could have endometriosis and I am only 26. The only way to know for sure is microscopic surgery. My suggestion is to have a blood test for the hormone HCG to figure out if your pregnant. If you ask for one I don't believe a doctor can turn you down. As far the endometriosis the thing that helps the most is to actually be on a birth control pill. That's what the doctor will first prescribe. If you are not pregnant I suggest getting on a pill and doctors can't say no to that ;) I hope this helps and good luck!
