I've had one surgery on july 2009 and having another one on april 7 2010 wanted to know is there anything else I can do beside surgery for endometriodis my doctor says surgery is my only thing I can do please help.

I have been on birthcontrol pills for 6 years I don't have a period haven't had one for 19 years can't get pregant and have severe endonmeteosis and medcation dosent work for me .

surgery is not the only option. i was diagnosed at age 22 and my dr said they would only do surgery if nothing else worked.there are meds but im not familiar with all those.i was put on birth control pill and take it continously(which means i dont take the last row of pills called the placebo pills) and therefore i dont have a period. mention that option to your dr. do you have a severe case of endo? how much did they remove during last surgery?
