question?

i have an uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen and occasional bleeding...
i was looking on the web and it led me to two conclusions that it could be,
and that is endometriosis or ovarian cancer. i seen a doctor today and he
ordered me and x ray of my abdomen, would it be possible for them to see
what is going on down there?

I agree!  My situation started similar to yours.  I never had an xray but, I had 3 different ultrasounds.  The only time they were able to fully diagnois me was when I had a lap procedure.  My ultrasound showed a 2 cm fibroid.  My lap showed a whole lot more.

They won't be able to tell you if you have either of those with an x-ray. The only way to tell if you have endo is from an exploratory laparoscopy. (I've had 4 laps done for endo and cyst removal.) As for ovarian cancer,  I think a PAP and blood work would tell that. I think your doc should have ordered an ultrasound if anything...  but they know it all right?? :) i hope all goes well for you though, and wishing you luck. If you need anything, send a note or message, I'll be happy to help if I can :) GOOD LUCK!
