regarding ovaries - ultra sound scan

my result   says that right ovary measures 3.4x2.5cm shows multiple follicles
left adnexa shows a well defined lesion of 3.2x2.2 cm with central echogenic and calcific foci - what does it mean and how critical it is and what is the possible solution kindly advise me
