status of endometrosis after pregnancy

I got pregnant in may 2006 but miscarriaged in june 2006 dr. diagnosed endometrosis as the cause of miscarriage then a endometrotic cyst was found which continued to getting big i used injection to reduce it but when it got bigger than 3 inches dr. suggested surgery otherwise geting pregnant was not possible i did laproscopic surgery in feb 2007 after that my husband got tuberculosis as a result we stopped treatment on august 2008 i started again in oct 2008 i did IUI which was successful and pregnancy progressed normally without any problem on 12 june 2009 i gave birth to a sweet healthy baby girl.

Now i want to know will my problem of endometrosis remain as it is or problem will be over? will it again effect pregnancy if i try for a second pregnancy? what i should do to overcome the problem of endometrosis in future?
