This might help you: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Pregnancy-35/Pregnancy-after-endometrial-ablation/show/964047

My sisters both told me after my hysterectomy they would surrogate for me if my husband and I chose to have another baby. It's an expensive option, but an option if all else fails none-the-less. We chose to adopt instead :o)

I had an ablation about 3 weeks ago. It was very clearly explained to me that you should NOT get pregnant after it is done. There is no reversal. Your lining will be too thin and it is dangerous for both you and the baby. A reliable form of birth control is supposed to be used at all times after an ablation. I made it easy and had my tubes tied.  There are some women who have successfully had babies afterward so I can't say that it doesn't happen, but you would most definitely need to speak to your doctor about your individual circumstances before you make a decision to try.

Wishing you well,
