what could be causing this pain and failed pregnancies?

I am 23. I had a miscarriage 2 1/2 years ago and a ectopic pregnancy 2 years ago that ruptured. I lost my right fallopian tube. I have a lot of pelvic pain that gets worse before my Period. I can also feel a lump in the Lower left pelvic area. Most of my pain is where the lump is. It feels like a lot of pressure. I also get pain under my belly button sometimes. I have no insurance. I'm just wondering what could be causing all this pain? I have no infections or STD's. Some other symptoms that may be related fatigue, Frequent urination, bowel changes,and this month I Missed my Period and only had very light spotting for one day. Hpt was negative. please HELP!

It definitely could be endo. The only way to know for sure is by having surgery. It could also be a cyst. I know that's scary, but if you feel any significant changes go straight to the ER. I hope you get insurance soon so you can go figure out exactly what it is. It'll put your mind at ease.
