EKG readings

I recently had an EKG done in a local emergency department on 11/21/2007.My original visit to the emergency department was for urinary frequency and urgency and I began to feel lightheaded and began to experience some heart palpitations. I’m a 40 year old Hispanic male with high cholesterol and currently on medication for approximately 3 years now. I am approximately 15 pounds overweight. Well my question and worry at this time is that the reading from my EKG indicates the following

EKG is sinus tachycardia at rate of 108, Q-wave in III and aVF possible old inferior MI, PR interval 134 msec and QRS duration 92 msec. No acute changes No real arrhythmias

The emergency room doctor told me that everything looked good and she never mentioned anything regarding the EKG reading. All of my urinalysis and blood test came back normal? What does this EKG reading mean? Please help.
