Bitemporal Epilepsy

I just got to know through my Neurologist that my EEG just revealed Bitemporal Slow activitytheta waves and previously i was being treated for my Bipolar Illness with Carbamezapine, Flouxetines and Trazodone but i wasnt really responding to the treatment because of my non compliance d/t withdrawal of medicines. Lately i have gotten to know that i have Vitamin D3 Deficiency and Vitamin B12 Deficiency. I m also Hypertensive although my age is only 28yrs. But throughout my Life i have never ever had seizures nor i have any family history of Epilepsy. Can u please explain this to me?
