Can complex-partial seizures combine with psych-seizures disorders at the same time.

About seven years ago I had a car accident and snapped my head back,  then bumped my head.  My head hurt but no injuries could be found at the time and I had uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. After months of passing out at work  I was being diagnoised as having a syncope disorder with hyperglycemia. My glucose became normal yet I kept passing out, once at work after awakening  I  became incoherrent and wet my pants. I have no memory of theses episodes or how I got from one place to another whatsoever, my  family, friends and co-workers told me.  I was finally diagnoised as having complex-partial epilepsy.  I  have tried just about every type of anti-seizure medication with minimal effect. Lactimal causes slight rashes so I will have to stop it within the next two  weeks.  I want brain surgery, but no doctor will use it for my condition. What helps body jerks/tics,depression, and memory loss associated with my illness?  Is it possible to have two types of seizures at once.?
