Heartbeat pounding in my eyes

What would cause the following?

Seeing my pounding heartbeat, in my eyes
My heart, pounding so hard, at times, that my body jumps with each beat
Vertigo (in addition, sometimes, I get really weak, suddenly, and collapse onto nearby furniture)
Intermittent crackling noise, in my ears, which coincides with my breathing
Unilateral seizures, where left side of body contracts and shakes, momentarily (and sometimes, repeats)
Eye twitching
Dysarthria (sort of like stuttering)
Nervous voice, at times (shaky voice)
Wavy, clear lines in my peripheral vision
Neuropathy in my hands and feet
Parasthesias of the face (not happening much, recently)
Sound of a bug, buzzing by/in my ear (makes me swat at my ear, because it sounds so real !!!)
Migraines (without headaches)
Narcolepsy
Hypnogogia
Startle Response

The following are possibly related, but they may not be, so I am listing them, separately:
Chronic body pain
Erratic Pulse
Can't sleep on my left side
Edema throughout body (more on the right side, than on the left)
Difficulty Urinating
Burning pain in urinary tract (feels neurological)
Almost total lack of male hormones and malfunctioning of reproductive system
Swollen organs (Cardiomegaly, Hepatomegaly, etc.)
Fatty Liver
Gall Bladder only working at 50%

I have MANY more problems, than these, but these are some of the more problematic things. If anyone has ANY ideas, I would greatly appreciate them. Thank you, for your time. Have a great day. :-)
