Help with 4 yr old

I have a 4 yr old with a history of CP, BPD, HYPOXIA, REFLUS AND EPILEPSY, AND fas. She was having seizures at about 6mths untill now. She is still having them but now her dr said she had two 24 veeg that were normal so he is saying she is not having them yet still on meds and still having seizures. She had two last week, that we know of. She has had a mri which showed a lesion. Do we get another opinion ?? Her resident told me to film her to see if it a seizure or behavior. Which is nuts for anyone that knows my daughter she is very hyper so for her to have an event and then sleep for three hours is unheard of. Any ideas or suggestions. She has absence and partial complex seizures

I do not have the answers to all of your questions, however; a second opinion is always a good idea. Another doctor may use a different test to pin point something that the first doctor did not. Also, she is young and her body (and brain) is growing and developing. there may be changes that the first doctor is not seeing.
