I just had 2 crainiotomies need advice PLEASE

I just had 2 crainiotomies for epilepsy, first was mapping and took place 10/24/11 second 11/2/11....MAN they took a lot out of me...I  lost about 30 lbs due to not wanting to eat...I am hungry but once I get ready to eat EVERYTHING seeems so unappealing even foods I love....My stamina is HORRIBLE building slowly but still disturbing that even a walk 1/4 of a mile exhaust me.....I have anxiety something they say is due to the steroids they have me on and it is a side effect from comin off them....I had a slight pnumonia from laying in bed for so long...I have good days an bad but days getting better....

Can anyone shed some light on either a personal experience or one they know of first hand maybe it will help me understand if I am recovering normaly or really having a bad recovery I would be so very grateful
