Infantile spasms

My  2 1/2 month old daughter is having some sort of spasm that resembles Infantile Spasms.  I have a video of one of her spasms at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2m0LIiITOA.    The "seizure" is about 16 seconds into the video, is very short and somewhat subtle.

It seems like an extreme startle reflex when she is first awakening from sleep.  Her arms and legs go stiff, almost like they are pinned down to whatever surface she is on.  She has done this infrequently pretty much since birth, but her father and I both thought it was a startle reflex until the other day when she had five in one day with no apparent stimuli to startle her.

I took her to her pediatrician yesterday, and after watching the video, he said what she is doing is completely normal, but the Mommy in me still has a knot in my stomach.  I have talked to the children's hospital here, and their pediatric neurologists will not see Holly without a referral from her pediatrician.  I would like for someone familiar with infantile spasms to watch my video and see if I should pursue the referral or if what she is doing is completely normal.

Thank you.
