Post Seizure Headache and facial pain

by Biggem001, May 04, 2009 02:32AM
Hi, I'm posting in behalf of my close friend.

She is epileptic, according to the doctors. She had a couple seizures as a child, but then stopped. About 2 month ago, she had a Grand Mal Seizure. She claims that since that day, she will get headaches and facial pain - more specifically jaw pain. They start faint but then get worse. The only way to make them go away is to go to sleep.

She said that one doctor said that this pain like "mini seizures". I don't know if that is correct but i would greatly take an opinion on this case. I cannot remember what medicine she is taking, but I can find out if you need it.

Thanks!!
