Seizures

My daughter had surg. for left temporal lobe glioma followed by 6500 rads of rad. 36 yr ago.  She did well for 6-8 yrs. then began having seizures again which have been difficult to control.  She has been on many seizure meds.
About 9-10 yrs. ago she developed diff. walking as in a shuffling slow gait and diff. with balance and falling, usually forward and sustaining injury to her face and head.  At some point she developed urinary incontinence which required the use of panty liners, but for the last 6-8 months has required incontinence pads.  She also has marked diff. speaking in that she can't find the word or words she is trying to say.  A;lso. her cognition is terrible.  Short term memory is basically gone.
She has had MRI's anCT' that shows demylinization of the white matter in the brain. some widening of the sulce and decrease in the cerebral cortex.  One MRI said there was "ex vacuo ventricles" but no hydrocephlalus.
I saw an article on NPH and thought she seemed to fit the symptoms, but her neuologist thinks it because of all the surg.,rad. and multiple falls resulting in small subdurals etc. in the past.
Presently she is on Dilantin 300mg./d and Lamictal 100mg./d.  She still has seizures. sleeps probably 12 to 15 hours or more per day and is always very lethargic.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.  I basically don't know which way to turn or look next.  Thanks

I know this may sound crazy, but you might want to look into coconut oil.

PS The article and blog are by the same person and she is an MD whose husband was diagnosed with Alzheimers.
