Simple Partial Seizures

Just a little background before I ask my question, I have been experiencing neck and head pain on the right side of my spine since the middle of July.  Though the pain in my neck has alleviated somewhat, I still have localized pain in the right occipital area of my head.  The pain is only about a 3 on the pain scale, unless I bend, cough, sneeze, etc.  Then the pain becomes an 8 or 9.  About the middle of September I noticed that I was experiencing jerking movements in my arms, legs, hands and shoulders.  Now, for the last two to three weeks, I've noticed that I make the "uh huh" sound just out of the blue and involuntarily.  It has happened at all times of the day, but it happens most often in the evening when I'm lying in bed.  I know when I've made the sound after the fact, but I do not know when I'm going to make it beforehand.  However, I do get a strange almost lightheaded feeling  before it happens.  It's difficult to explain.  I know this little posting does not provide enough information for you to determine what is going on, but my questions are:  Does this sound like it could be Simple Partial Seizures? and Should I be concerned?

Yes, it does sound like it, but I would see a neurologist or epileptologist.  I had complex partial seizures up until 5 weeks ago and had major left temporal lobe surgery.  I am recovering but am seizure free now.  I was having a seizure or aura every day before.  It's truly a miracle.  Definitely see a doctor.
