orgasm blackout

Hello
On occasion, a very intense orgasm will cause me the following for a period of less than 10 seconds:
I can hear but I can't speak, my pupils, I am told, role back in my head. I am able to hold myself steady but you could probably knock me over with a feather as I wouldn't be able to respond. This first occurred to me in my mid-forties, I'm now 52. What's happening here? Do I or my Doctor need to be concerned about something here?

At the very least I would let your doctor know.  Please come back and keep us updated.
