partial seizures?

I have these episodes where I feel a tingling or like a fluttering in the back of my neck.  This is usually but not always is followed by an intense feeling of fear.  Sometimes it stops there.  Other times, my face will go completely white like I am going to pass out (I feel lightheaded and "not right" during this)  and then my body gets very hot and it gets red and flush from my chest up through my neck.  This might happen 2-3 times and then it passes.  I take Lorazepam after this happens and it makes these sensations "stay gone."  Have an appointment with neurology on monday.  This has been going on for a few years, they were unconcerned about it and told me to come back if it is worse in frequency and intensity, which in the past month it has been.  Could this be seizures or something else?  Thank you for your help.

My dh is in the process of beign diagnosed and he has had attacks like this. He thought they were panic attacks but  his neurologist thinks they might in fact be seizures. He called it "ictal fear". You may want to google that and see if it makes sense to you.
