polymicrogyria

My sons MRI report....

The corpus collasum appears thinned which may relate to white matter volume loss. The cerebellar tonsils are normal in position. The pitutary gland appears normal with a normal position to neurohypophysis. No hypothalamicmass lesions are demonstrated.Diffusion-weighted images demonstrate no evidence of resticted diffusion.Myelination appearsappropriate for age.The ventricles are slightly prominent, which may relate to additional white matter loss. There is also prominence of peripheral sub-orchnoid spaces, which may relate to cortical hypoplasiaand corelation with head circumference is recommended. The insular cortex appears abnormal bilaterally on the coronal T2 weighted images. There is slight thickening of the cortex with mild nodularity suggesting polymicrogyria. This is most prominent along the posterior margin of the insular cortex. There is extension into parietal lobe cortex.Normal flow-void is demonstrated with major intracranial vessels. The extracranial soft tissues demonstrates no abnormaility. Both orbits appear normal. The optic chiasm and intraorbital optic nerves appear normal in size.

Can somebody plz help us with this condition.
